Project Manager – Restoration & Rebuild

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

• Own every stage of restoration and rebuild projects — from first call to final walk-through.
• Lead and inspire crews to deliver top-notch results, on time and on budget.
• Be the point person for clients, insurance partners, and subcontractors.
• Scope projects, create accurate estimates, and keep timelines on track.
• Juggle schedules, budgets, trades, and logistics like a pro.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every job.
• Keep paperwork and records sharp, organized, and audit-ready.
• Foster a team culture where people want to do their best work.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5+ years in project management (restoration, construction, or similar).
• Strong grasp of building codes, construction methods, and restoration practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and keep multiple projects moving at once.
• Journeyman carpentry ticket? Huge plus.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, estimating software, and online platforms.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a bonus — we’ll train you if you don’t have them.
• Solid communication, client service, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
