What You’ll Do

As an HVAC & Kitchen Exhaust Technician, you’ll become a behind-the-scenes hero for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and local businesses by:

• Cleaning & servicing kitchen exhaust systems — hoods, filters, ducts, fans, rooftop units… all the places grease loves to hide.
• Performing HVAC cleaning & light maintenance — coils, ducts, blowers, air handlers and more.
• Completing inspections + before/after photos that make customers say “WOW!”
• Installing and replacing parts (filters, fan belts, hinges, access panels… you name it).
• Working safely with lifts, ladders, PPE, chemicals, and confined-space protocols.
• Serving customers with professionalism — because we take pride in doing it right the first time.
• Keeping your gear & vehicle in top shape like the pro you are.

What You Bring

You don’t need to be a journeyman tech — just mechanically savvy, safety-minded, and ready to learn. We’re looking for people who:

• Have mechanical aptitude and can figure things out hands-on
• Aren’t afraid of heights, tight spaces, or rooftop views
• Can lift 50+ lbs and keep up with physical work
• Show up reliably (your team counts on you!)
• Communicate well with customers & coworkers
• Can work evenings/nightshifts without issue
• Have a valid Class 5 driver’s licence
• Want to grow your skills — we’ll train you (fall protection, WHMIS, lifts, etc.)

Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or kitchen exhaust cleaning is a bonus — but not required.

• Lots of variety — restaurants, industrial shops, commercial buildings, residential homes
• Evening & overnight work (when kitchens are closed)
• Grease, heat, rooftops, ladders, confined spaces — it’s REAL work
• Small crews or solo depending on the job
